Orders are shipped via Australia Post, if you’d like your order sent via Express Post or Registered Post, please contact us first, so we can give you a price for the extra postage. Backorders This should never be an issue as the CDs are replicated by our manufacturer and usually completed within 2 working days.  If you feel that your order is taking longer than 5-10 working days, please contact us. 
Returns In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions.  Faulty or damaged products will be replaced at our expense.  CDs must be returned before replacement or refund can be given.  Please contact us if you feel there are special circumstances.
